The Opportunity Council program directors presented eight "Community Action Partner" awards to local supporters at a board meeting, held on April 25 at the Squalicum Boathouse.

Sylvia Fragner of Whatcom County Health and Human Services and Linda Crawford of Bellingham Technical College were honored for their work with the Opportunity Council's Child Care and Family Resource Center.
