NSW: Govt can t deny higher per head funding for = 2

NSW opposition health spokeswoman Jillian Skinner said patients travelled to inner-city
Sydney for treatment because services were unavailable in the western suburbs.

"They have to be referred to the inner city because there aren't the services for them in
the greater west," Mrs Skinner told journalists.
