Sentencing on a misdemeanor charge of attempted trespass was set for later this month in Albany County Court for a Troy man who faces life in prison on a murder and arson conviction in Rensselaer County earlier this year.
Richard J. Wright, 20, whose last address was 489 Fifth Ave. in the Lansingburgh section of Troy, was found guilty late Friday
by an Albany County Court jury of the lesser charge of second-degree attempted criminal trespass. He was acquitted of a felony count of attempted second-degree burglary.
